Our prices include your choice of a standard frame in Black, White, Charcoal, Walnut or Natural, along with your choice of mat board colour and one engraved plaque.

Premium timber and embossed frames are available for an additional $70 per frame. Additional engraved plaques can be added for $15 each.

No. A $150 deposit per frame is required on the day of your casting appointment. The remaining balance is payable when you collect your completed frame, approximately 10–12 weeks later.

Prices listed are valid for newborns to 12 months of age. Please contact us for pricing and options for older children.

Yes. Most frames can accommodate a 5x7 or 6x8 photo unless otherwise specified as "No Photo".
We do not provide professional photography. If your design includes a photo, you can email your chosen image after your appointment. A photo is not required on the day of casting.

Yes. A hospital wristband or preserved umbilical cord can be incorporated into your frame for an additional $10 per item.

Our hand and foot castings can be created from just a few days old. Many families choose to visit during the newborn stage to capture those tiny fingers, toes, and delicate details before they change so quickly. While we recommend booking within the first 12 months, we also create keepsakes for children, siblings, families, adults, and pets of all ages.

Appointments typically take 45–60 minutes. The actual moulding process takes less than one minute per hand or foot, with the remaining time spent discussing and designing your frame.

Yes. We use alginate, a skin-safe, non-toxic moulding material that is widely used in both the dental industry and professional life casting. The process is quick, gentle, and safe for babies, children, adults, and pets.

No. We use 100% Hydrostone, a professional-grade casting stone that is significantly stronger and more durable than standard plaster. Hydrostone captures incredible detail and produces a high quality keepsake designed to be treasured for generations.

Please dress your baby in clothing that can be easily rolled up above the knees and elbows to allow easy access to hands and feet.

Don't worry—babies are meant to move! Our moulding process is quick and gentle, and we work at your baby's pace. With years of experience and a little patience, we're usually able to capture beautiful
results. If a mould isn't quite right, we'll simply make another one to ensure your keepsake is the best it can be.

Our current turnaround time is approximately 10–12 weeks from the date of your appointment.
